The demand for technological professions is on the rise and they’re expected to become an important source of employment. However, the labour market displays wide gaps in terms of gender, ethnicity and neurodiversity and people with special needs, in such a way that these workers are under-represented in fields such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. It’s crucial to invest in education and promote the development of female talent in the STEM disciplines.
