Joseph Aoun, president of Northeastern University Boston and writer, reflects on the role of education in a world marked by digital transformation and artificial intelligence. In a labour market where many jobs will disappear or change, Aoun considers three fundamental pillars for education in this context: not only managing technology but also strengthening the human capacity that differentiates us from machines; experiential education, related to learning with the real world; and above all continuous training. We must constantly reinvent and re-educate ourselves to be able to adapt to the new era.
